Since that time a more soulful rendition was recorded in 2017 with the help of pianist Pianist Johnny Brown, the former music arranger for R&B artist Al Green is on piano.

This heartfelt delivery will be a go to song to stay motivated in fulfilling your purpose. https://www.amazon.com/Your-Dreams-Matter-Pamela-Grace/dp/B075SNHCPZ. This song can also be found http://itunes.apple.com/album/id/1287678144 and other places on the web.

I  had a wonderful opportunity to visit my son in Egypt in 2017. While I was there his friend Jamie took us on a Nile Cruise.  The music was playing as we entered the vessel, and we noticed Egyptian youth dancing.  My son and I took part until my son reminded me that women did not dance in public venues like this, and I that should stop.  Respecting the culture,  considering my age and how corny my moves really were, I sat down and watched.

I still had fun  watching ethnic and generational cultures meet in dance.  Micah  held his own and even did a James Brown split.  He had  been part of a youth group that did hip-hop dance when he was younger.  In college he had formed a break dance team. Micah still has his moves.  He held his own on dancing on the Nile.  He represented quite well.It is great how dancing helps us create connectives.  If but temporary, we  build community through dance, and by it celebrate that we are here. Dance creates a memory and marks the time as special. This was indeed a special time for me.  I smile when I watch the video.  You will too.

You see dance is a wonderful way to create a memorable experience. Getting lost in the music and freeing one’s mind to connect to the beat and get lost in the music is invigorating. Dance creates a sense of community and synergy among participants and observes who vicariously dance through others. Dance is everywhere in every culture and even in every child that is born his mere movement is a form of dance. It says “I AM Here. That in itself is cause for celebration with dance and song.

Created to Create

We were created to create.  We were created by a creative God. Therefore, being created in his image creativity is innate. What we create may not necessarily be artistic or complex. It can be as simple as a thought.

Heard it said thoughts are things with wings. We therefore should be mindful of even our words as they have creative power. “Shhh, you do not want ro put legs on it. Your thoughts walk on words. My late grandmother, Evangelist Rosa Lee Brown.  would have you mindful to be encouraged you to not speak just anything, especially if it is negative.

It is is true on so many levels that you are what you eat.  What you consume consumes you too. What you focus on comes to mind then mouth then to life.

Here is a poem entitled Share Cropper from the book Soul’s Worth that reminds us that what we eat is what we sow.   Visit the pay pal page to purchase the book.

What she eats is

what she grows

What she knows is

what she sows

What she receives is

what she believes

And  what she gives is

what she lives

What she lives

Is what she gives

What she believes

Is what she receives

What she sows

Is what she knows

What she grows

Is what she eats

You are what you eat.

Created to Create

We were created to create We cannot help but create.  We create with our hands and our voices. We create with our thoughts and our choices. From  the time we are conceived until the time we die we create in some sense of the word. We create memories and memorials.   We create treasure and even the things we discard can be recycled or recreated for function or purpose.

With this website, I celebrate our innate ability to create. Although, I am marketing original publications and material I have created. It is for the purposes promoting global citizenship, unity and wellness in our society one ear and one heart at a time through the positive messages found in the various art forms.

Knowing the eye is the window of the soul, I create visual cues through the spoken word to plant messages of hope, love, unity and peace.
